Nachdem wieder einige Zeit vergangen ist folgt ein kurzes Update zur aktuellen Situation. Ich kann Elany mittlerweile einmal wöchentlich besuchen und diese Woche wurden auch die ersten Briefe zugestellt. Endlich! Und damit es bei positiven News bleibt kann ich erfreulicherweise bekannt geben dass es Anfang April eine Verhandlung gibt die über die weitere Inhaftierung entscheiden wird. Sofern in der ganzen Zeit nicht plötzlich harte Beweise gesammelt werden ist unser Anwalt zuversichtlich dass Elany eine weitere Zeit im Knast erspart bleibt. Neue Updates dann Anfang April.

UPDATE: Verhandlung um 10 Tage verschoben wegen Corona.

After some time has passed again here is a short update on the current situation. I can now visit Elany once a week and this week the first letters were delivered. Finally! And to keep the news positive I am happy to announce that there will be a hearing in the beginning of April which will decide about the further imprisonment. As long as no hard evidence is collected during this time our lawyer is confident that Elany will be spared another time in jail. New updates at the beginning of April.
